L'uscita in previsione per
il 26 maggio 2003, slitta al 9 giugno, per il nuovo disco registrato in studio
da Steve Hackett. Era dal 1999 che non usciva un disco in studio di Steve.
L'album è stato registrato con la band che lo ha accompagnato nel tour
"The North Americans Show", lo scorso anno. To Watch The Storms sarà
disponibile in due formati. Il primo "normale" con un libretto di 8 pagine
e il secondo confezionato in una speciale edizione inizialmente
disponibile a forma di cofanetto contenente un libretto di 40 pagine + 4
